Returns

We have a 15-day return policy for orders made in the United States, which means you have 15 days after your order has been delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, with all the tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the packing slip. 

To start a return, please click on the "Start a Return Here" button on the bottom right corner of this page or if you are using the mobile site. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.  There is a $7 flat rate return shipping fee which will be deducted from the money returned to your original payment method.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not issue refunds for the original shipping cost when the item(s) were purchased.

Exchanges 

At this time, our small business cannot accept exchanges. Instead, you must purchase the item you prefer and then return the item you don't want by initiating a return request. Please see Returns above for details on how to start a return request.

 

Final Sale Items / Non-returnable

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

- All Intimates (bras, underwear, swimwear)

- All Socks and Hats

- Sale Items


Damages and issues 

We make sure to inspect every item thoroughly before shipping them to you.  In the case you find a defect or damage in the item, please report them to us immediately. All damage and defect claims must be reported within 15 days of the delivery date and must not be washed or worn. Please keep all the tags on.  To start a damage/defect claim, please email us at returns@brickhouseclothingco.com. Please include your order number and describe the damage/defect. Any pictures will be helpful.  

All tags must remain in tact so please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please report any damages or issues within 15-days of delivery. Merchandize that has been washed cannot be accepted for returns or exchanges.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item and the refund process will be started. Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
